#BlogTour CHRISTMAS IN COCKLEBERRY BAY by NICOLA MAY

Extremely excited to be with you today for the latest stop on the Blog Tour for CHRISTMAS IN COCKLEBERRY BAY by NICOLA MAY!  My thanks to the author, publisher and Rachel of Rachel's Random Resources for putting the tour together and letting me be part of it all!

ABOUT THE BOOK

Meet old and new characters in the Bay for Christmas fun and frolics.

With both the Corner Shop and Cockleberry CafĂ© in safe hands, Rosa turns her attention to Ned’s Gift, the charity set up in memory of the great-grandfather whose legacy turned her life around.

Over at the Ship Hotel, Lucas has his work cut out with his devious new girlfriend and the mystery poisoning of an anonymous hotel inspector. Will the hotel still get its 3-star Seaside Rosette?

Will Mary find true love at last? Can Titch cope with the demands of the shop and being heavily pregnant. And can Rosa, with a baby of her own, pull off the Cockleberry Bay Charity Christmas Concert in time?

Christmas in Cockleberry Bay is a festive delight for fans of Rosa and her cheeky mini dachshund Hot, delivering a feast of unpredictable events and surprises.

MY REVIEW

Time to catch up with old friends, and that is exactly what the Cockleberry Bay series has become! Dipping back into see what are the latest goings on with the characters we know and love from the previous books is just a wonderful treat! But it's easily enjoyable as a standalone if you're new to this series - you'll be buying the previous books once you've finished this latest installment!!

Christmas preparations are under way as we reunite and there never seems to be a dull moment in the Bay and the story can go from light to dark in an instant! Just like real life!  There's new motherhood to deal with, alongside pregnancies, crime, and trying to pull together a Christmas concert in time!

The story revolves around Rosa, who seems to be involved in most of the community action!  Being a new mum is proving a little tougher than she expected and she's missing the hectic lifestyle she used to have before!  So she's always itching to be organising something and that opportunity soon comes her way! Will it be the success she hoped?!

It's always so lovely and comforting to catch up on these old friends and I'm keeping everything crossed that we may get to maybe get an extra visit back in the future as I just want to keep being nosey and find out how everybody is doing!
